An Iowa man who has shown sleep apnea symptoms has been sentenced to nine months in federal prison for stealing nearly $118,000 from the First National Bank of Omaha.
Authorities say beginning in June 2006 and ending in February 2009 he stole money that was supposed to be deposited into customers' retirement or 401(k) accounts. He put the money into his personal account or used it to pay personal expenses on his bank business credit card.
